Delivery and Returns

You are here because you’re either thinking about making a purchase or have already done so, which means we owe you a "thank you"! We made this store to give you a place to shop with Trollcoin and promise to do our best to deliver awesome stuff and a great shopping experience, this includes making right any hiccups along the way. That said, here is some info you might want to know...

Physical goods (you know, stuff made of atoms) you purchase at the Troll Store carry a 30 day $troll back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within thirty days for your $trolls back.


What’s not refundable:

  • Non physical goods (no atoms) such as gift cards & event passes.
  • Shipping charges, including postage you pay to return an item, EXCEPT in the event an item arrives clearly not-as-described or defective.

To return an item, send us an email to support@trollcoin.com with your order ID to request a return. Once the return is authorized, you will receive a follow-up email with instructions to return the item(s). Please follow these steps to receive proper credit for your return:

  • Securely re-pack your item(s). Use the original packaging and shipping box, or alternative materials.
  • We recommended insuring your package for the full value of item(s) being returned, if the shipment is lost by USPS we cannot process your refund.

IMPORTANT: We only accept returns via USPS. DO NOT attempt to use another shipping carrier. You will be notified via e-mail once your return is processed and account credited, usually within 24 hours of receiving your returned item(s).
